Join us aboard the historic Virginia V for a free one-hour cruise on Lake Union, made possible through the generous support of 4Culture and Maritime Washington National Heritage Area. Experience our working steam engine, enjoy beautiful views from the water, and relax with a drink in the sunshine.

Boarding Information
Space is limited. This is not a ticketed event. Passage will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The line usually begins around 9 am, with sign-ups beginning at 10 am, so get here early! All parties must be present at sign-up to sign their waivers and receive their wristbands. No wristbands will be handed out for anyone who has not signed up in person- no exceptions.
No preregistration required. You must sign up on the day of!

Cruise 1

Boarding- 10:30am
Boarding Ends- 10:50am
Departure- 11:00am
Return – 12pm

Cruise 2

Boarding- 12:30pm
Boarding Ends- 12:50pm
Departure- 1:00pm
Return – 2pm

Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase during both cruises.

*Please note that Virginia V is a historic vessel and is not ADA compliant. We do our

best to accommodate those with limited mobility and special needs, but there are stairs to the main cabin, confined restroom spaces, and it can be a noisy environment. Please email admin@virginiav.org if you have any accessibility questions!
