Northwest Seaport, Fireboat DUWAMISH and the The Steamer Virginia V Foundation are teaming up to showcase an amazing and wonderful book: Working Boats: An Inside Look at Ten Amazing Watercraft, by Tom Crestodina.

This carefully detailed oversized book is filled with full-spread cross sections and exploded views of ten working boats, one of which (fireboat DUWAMISH) is moored right here at the Historic Ships Wharf in Lake Union Park!

Join us aboard the century-old S. S. VIRGINIA V to meet the author, have your book inscribed and celebrate with other lovers of history, old boats and all things maritime!

Admission is free and includes light snacks. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
